- Our aperitif board

Available at the bar (until 6.00 pm for our day visitors and until 7.30 for clients staying in our accommodation), drinks not included.

Make up your board with:

  • your choice of “spreadables” (tomatoes and goat’s cheese, ham, tuna, chorizo sausage, peppers, smoked salmon etc.),
  • a snack of your choice (club aperitif or Crousty’Breizh snacks).

Feeling a bit hungry? Here are our partners:

Bretagne Apéritif Club

Bretagne Apéritif Club, our partner for great aperitifs! A solution combining simplicity and conviviality. Available in four different Made in Brittany recipes, served with cereal toast on a pretty wooden board. Three steps to a great aperitif: make a toast, spread and share! At the estate’s bar, you can enjoy all four Bretagne Apéritif Club flavours on our terrace. The flavours are: Tomato and goat’s cheese, Tuna, Ham and spicy Chorizo sausage. There’s something for everyone!

Croust’y Breizh et Breizhinade

We’d like to introduce Croust’y Breizh, another of our aperitif partners. Its creator, Mikael Cannier, a cook by training, developed the company in 2015. The idea appeared when he became aware of the absence of savoury biscuits with real Breton identity. Croust’y Breizh are buckwheat crisps, perfect for a crunchy, gluten-free aperitif. Following the success of his sales via markets, these buckwheat crisps have found their place in fine grocery shops, some off-licences, cheese shops and other food outlets. Following growing demand, a team of 8 people has been set up, producing more than 2 tonnes of crisps a week, always working hands-on in their workshops located in Retiers, near Rennes. Spreadables have now arrived to create a complete combination for your aperitif. One is a vegetable dip with peppers and the other is smoked salmon with cranberries. Just right for those who love a sweet-salty combination!

Maison Kerys

For tea-time treats for young and old, we collaborate with Maison Kerys, located in the neighbouring town of Plourin-lès-Morlaix. This company makes handmade cakes using butter and according to traditional recipes, prepared within the family for several generations. Their delicious madeleines, kouign amann, gâteau Breton, gallettes and financier biscuits are available at the estate’s bar.

And to go with them:

La route des Comptoirs

In terms of hot drinks, more specifically teas, we have selected a Nantes-based company which produces organic teas and infusions. A balanced mixture of tradition and creativity to offer you a wide choice of flavours. At the estate’s bar, you’ll find six different varieties: four green teas, one black tea and one infusion. Black tea, which comes from India, is the classical, timeless, original breakfast tea. To give you a good night’s sleep, the Rêve d’un Soir infusion is ideal, a red bush tea with linden and lemon verbena. There are green teas to suit everyone. Mint-flavoured Casbah; one with three citrus fruits; a traditional Chinese Chun Nee and finally a fruity combination of strawberry, apple and forest fruits.

Brasserie O’Taquet

Still with a view to offering you the best of our regional heritage, it was obvious to us to serve the most western beers in our bar. Born on the Crozon Peninsula, more specifically at Camaret-sur-Mer, the O’Taquet Brewery offers thirst-quenching beers made by friends since 2018. This atypical brewery offers a wide range of beers and we have chosen three of their best-sellers. The original blond, perfect for summer! The amber, slightly caramelised, will tickle your tastebuds. And to finish, Effet Mer, a light, fruity blond beer with citrus notes. Two formats are available: 33 cl bottles to enjoy on-the-spot and 75 cl bottles to take away, to prolong the pleasure.

Brasserie l’Urbaine

To complete our range of beers, we have collaborated with the Urbaine brewery. This brewery claims to be a creative workshop producing craft beers, right in Brest city centre. Four varieties are available at the estate’s bar. First of all, there’s Mille-Sabords, a balance, light blond beer. Its colleague, Stoner, is a Belgian-style IPA blond beer, for lovers of IPA. Metalearth, more original, is an amber American beer with floral notes. Finally, the Urbaine brewery offers an iodine beer called Tsunami. Ideal to serve with seafood. Again, two formats are available, one for enjoying on the terrace and another designed to takeaway.

Cidrerie Coz Mezou

How could we not offer cider on a Breton estate? We have chosen to collaborate with the Cozmézou cider brewery, located 28 km from the estate. Their cider orchards are based in Plouégat-Guérand, a town famous for its climate and land just right for growing cider apples. The first apples were planted there in 1995. At the bar, cider is available in two formats, just like our beers. In other words, 33 cl or 75 cl.

Ter’az

We also offer wine at the estate’s bar and in the menus for our accommodation. The Château le Raz, which has belonged to the Barde family since 1958, produces white, red and also rosé wine. This 70-hectare vineyard stretches over the right bank of the Dordogne River. Their Ter’az red wine is the vineyard’s most popular wine. Indeed, this wine is the result of a perfect combination of Merlot and Malbec. Its geographical location is protected, which makes this wine unique.

Located in Brittany, near Morlaix (Finistere), the Treuscoat Estate brings together some Eco lodges (tree house cabins, tree house lodges, yurt, Nid’Île tree domes), outdoor activities and a well-being space.
